Perfect snack to go into your favourite dips (healthier options would be French onion dip, guacamole and hummus). Or turn them into nachos
Wholemeal tortilla wrap (1 large one feeds for one person)
Optional: Extra virgin olive oil spray
Preheat oven to 150 Degrees Celsius
Cut tortilla wraps into triangles
Lay baking paper on baking tray, then spray a layer of oil
Place the triangles on the tray
Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy
Use different dips
Add salsa, your meat of choice, and cheese to turn it into nachos
Sprinkle with your favourite herbs (e.g. paprika, chives, oregano, chilli) and enjoy them as a snack
Compared to commercial tortilla chips, you’ll be able to have a better control over what you add into your chips. Making your own chips means less salt added, less oil, and less preservatives.
