Sesame Noodle Soup
Creamy and nutty soup with vegetables to your liking. Can be enjoyed either hot or cold.
1 cup Vegetables: cucumber, carrot, radish, legumes or any others
1 serve Noodles: egg, udon, ramen, wheat noodles or any others
100-150g protein: lean meat (e.g. chicken breast, pork chop), edamame
1 tbsp Sesame dressing sauce
1 tbsp Soy sauce
Drizzle of sesame oil
½ cup Milk
Boil noodles for 5 minutes or until soft
Rinse, peel, and chop all vegetables and meat into strips
Prepare the meat by pan frying or boiling along with the noodles. They could be marinated beforehand with soy sauce and garlic, or just cook it plain.
Prepare the soup base by mixing sesame dressing sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and milk. Add water to achieve the volume you’d like. Heat it up on a stove if you like the noodles to be hot. Leave it cold otherwise.
Drain the noodles and serve onto a bowl
Pour the soup base over the noodles
Decorate with your chopped vegetables and meat
