Overnight Oats

Takes less than 5 minutes, and can be prepped the night before!
Ingredients
Essential
1/3 cup rolled oats
½ cup milk of your choice
½ tsp honey / maple syrup
Toppings (choose one or combination of following)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp nuts of your choice
Sliced fruit (e.g. banana)
Berries, frozen of fresh
Pinch of cinnamon powder
Method
Mix all essential ingredients together
Seal and place in the fridge overnight.
Before serving, stir and add toppings
Optional: If you want to serve this hot, you could microwave for 1-2 minutes
