Overnight Oats

Preparation Time:


1 Serving




  • 1/3 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup milk of your choice

  • ½ tsp honey / maple syrup

Toppings (choose one or combination of following)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp nuts of your choice

  • Sliced fruit (e.g. banana)

  • Berries, frozen of fresh

  • Pinch of cinnamon powder


  1. Mix all essential ingredients together

  2. Seal and place in the fridge overnight.

  3. Before serving, stir and add toppings

  4. Optional: If you want to serve this hot, you could microwave for 1-2 minutes

  5. Enjoy!
