Ingredients
2 cups flour
½ cup rolled oats, leave as is or blend into fine powder
1.5 teaspoon baking soda
¼ cup sugar
½ cup chopped nuts of your choice
1 cup milk of your choice
2 eggs
2 tablespoon EVOO
2 ripe bananas
Optional: Chocolate chip to garnish on top
Method
Preheat oven to 160 Degrees Celsius
Combine all dry ingredients (flour, oats, baking soda, sugar, chopped nuts)
Mash ripe bananas with a fork in a separate bowl
Add in the remaining wet ingredients and mix well
Layer baking pan with baking paper and pour the batch over
Bake for 40 minutes. Check whether it is cooked by poking a skewer in
